Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your EvoTech account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
